Summary: The staff was amazing and very friendly. Provided lots of good tips for the city to enhance our trip. The hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available but we did not purchase so can't comment. Good location, walkable to most sites but also one block away from the tram station so very easy to access.
